In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
* Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the refund is accepted or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or non-existent refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
Sales or promotional items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items that are on sale or on special offer are not.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
If you are sending an item worth more than £500, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
